Problem with submitting

I have completed a questionnaire and have tried to send it to a number of people; sometimes they are unable to complete the questionnaire. One such occasion is i sent the questionnaire to one person through email, the link I used was the one on the manage survey page and they were unable to complete. However I have just tried to complete the survey and was successful.

Can anyone help?

the link to reach the survey, is the one displayed when you click on Show Survey in the left menu. You can see the same link in Manage Survey menu - hyperlink zone. If you can have more elements about the reason why thet could't access the survey, I invite you to send them to me.
