As for survey setting you can parameter except the basic properties moreover
Color Scheme: preselected color combination of your survey. For more colors please contact us.
Numbered Questions: yes = show numbered question in the survey.
Numbering Style: the way the possible choices are shown. Select 'none', if you do not want apply numbering.
Access Code: if code set (not empty), your respondents will need to enter this code to see your survey. Do not forget to communicate them this code.
Notify (e-mail) On Reply: once respondent reply to your survey (to all questions) the email of notification is send on address or addresses (seprated by comma, or dot-comma) mentioned here. If this zone remains empty, no notification message is send.
