I've created my question of evalution scale type (Answers: excelent|average|poor^). Problem: Even if I check one of the choices, the message that answers is required is still active.

For evaluation scale question type do not forget to define ALSO axe(s) name.

ex. How are you satisfied with: ?
Answers: excelent|average|poor^gym|restaurant with the axes separator ^.

Ideally, you combine several axes in the evalution scale type. If only one axe is used, it's more efficient to use radio button type (one possible answer).

Hi

I'm having a problem with my survey.

1) It's telling me answer for line1 required when i test it, even though I have filled out all the fields. What is line 1? I assume line 1 is not question1.

2) The evaluation; likert scale type question.
I am trying to format it where it ranges from 1:not at all ----> 7(extremely) with 4 being moderately
and I typed in:
not at all 1|2|3|4|5|6|7 extremely
But then it's displaying, answer for question 19 required.

Can you give me an idea on how to format it?

Thank you.

EGO: Golf Ball and Golf Clubs
You can also buy second hand balls or discount golf clubs. These will be balls that have been lost by players on the course and in the lakes and ponds. Ishiner They will probably cost you about 75 cents each and you could do with 20-25. There are also some cheap 'reconditioned' balls on the market and these are relatively cheap too. You probably need to lay out between $12-$15 on balls.
