On my downloaded results excel spreadsheet the results are quadrupled, meaning if a person takes the survey, their answer would be listed 4 times. Is there any way the answers could only be listed once?

Also, on the Excel results spreadsheet, can it be set up to only list the items shown on the survey when I display 'show survey?' For example, I would like it to only list Name, Address, Questions, not the ID # of the responder, and several other misc columns listed between each questions I created.

Concerning 1 point: Extraction into (xls, csv) file gives you the combination of all answers per selected questions. This for the reason to keep the link between various questions. If you want just the answers for one question at the time, you select only one question (question types = text field, radio button, listbox). You can select as much as 7 question at the time.

Concerning 2 point: In fact the extracted data goes together with the selected question(s):

Question - shortened question name
Index - number of index, if question type has index (ex. check box)
Index Name - index name, if question type has index (ex. check box)
Question_id - unique number of question
survey_id - appears only once per extraction. Indicates the unique survey number
respondent_id - the unique random respondent identificator
timestamp - date and time of respondent reply

You can not export custom zones, but you can export all the data and filter afterwards in the excel/access file.
